I want to add German Animeseries title to your series tag, is there an easier way to do this. On the website i do not see that option.

right now, the website doesn’t have an interface to manage and edit tags. If you want to submit German localizations for any tag, your best bet would be to reach out to maintainers on discord, as they are able to do just that using the desktop app.
We actually have a plan in mind to allow edition of tag locales in kara.moe via Weblate which we’re already using for the app and server locales.
We just haven’t had time to set it up yet, but thanks for reminding me
